2.4 By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is true, complete, and accurate, and you undertake to keep such information current at all times.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilis account credentials, including your username, password, and withdrawal PIN. You must not disclose these to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 jilis staff and representatives will never request your password via any channel, including Live Chat, SMS, Messenger, or Viber. Any communication purporting to request your password from jilis should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your jilis account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jilis immediately via the 24/7 Live Chat support channel.

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on jilis are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilis does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by jilis and published in the Cashier section of the platform. These limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4.4 jilis is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other financial institution. Standard processing times are displayed at the Cashier but are estimates and not guarantees.
4.5 jilis does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals to GCash and Maya. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the player.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jilis are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the bonus is offered. These specific bonus terms form part of and are subject to these general Terms & Conditions.

10.2 jilis shall not be liable for failures or interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor failures.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jilis's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.
11.1 jilis collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is accessible at jilis.one/privacy-policy.
11.2 By creating a jilis account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service partners as necessary to operate the platform and comply with regulatory obligations.
12.1 jilis reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilis has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
12.2 Upon account closure for cause, jilis may withhold balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, jilis may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilis support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be paid out to the player, subject to standard identity verification and withdrawal procedures.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms may also be available to players as provided under applicable regulations.
